The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive your order.

Conditions for Return
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
- Due to hygiene and safety regulations, e-liquids, pods, coils, and opened devices cannot be returned if the packaging seal has been broken.
- Returned items must be in a resalable condition.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your item is faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
