RETURNS

I would like to change my ordered items. What should I do?

You can amend your order on or before 2:00 pm on the same day the order was placed. Please contact us at vapesxeu@gmail.com to request changes.

How can I return a product?

Since these are hygiene products with a freshness seal, e-vapes cannot be returned. We’ll only replace defective items.
